Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Yusr platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Yusr provides AI-powered customer conversation agents, a unified inbox, knowledge base, leads CRM, and related tools for businesses communicating with their customers over WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service — including its source code, software architecture, user interface designs, visual design, branding, documentation, and underlying algorithms — is the exclusive property of Yusr and its licensors, protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, decompiled, reverse-engineered, disassembled, or otherwise reduced to a human-perceivable form for the purpose of creating a competing or derivative product or service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data, content, or code from the Service using automated means without prior written consent;
• Copy, clone, or replicate the Service’s design, workflows, or branding for use in a competing product;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service;
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product or service; or
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Yusr or use its trademarks without authorization.

We actively monitor for violations of this section and reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract, against any party found to be in violation.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Yusr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yusr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
