2. respond.io: many channels for larger teams

respond.io puts WhatsApp, TikTok, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, LINE, Viber, Telegram, website chat, SMS, email and calls in one inbox. Its AI Agents learn from files and public web pages and can act on audio messages.

• Best for: teams of five or more managing leads at volume, including calls.
• Watch out: AI Agents start on Growth at $159 a month billed yearly, and there is no free plan.

3. Wati: WhatsApp marketing with an AI add-on

Wati is strongest at WhatsApp broadcasts, chatbot flows and integrations; it lists more than 100 apps. Its AI agent, Astra, is trained on your knowledge base and catalogue and is billed separately from the inbox plans.

• Best for: businesses whose main WhatsApp job is campaigns and flows.
• Watch out: the inbox starts at $119 a month billed yearly, and AI costs extra.

4. SleekFlow: broadcasts, calls and CRM connections

SleekFlow covers a wide channel list including WeChat, TikTok and voice calls, and connects to Shopify, HubSpot and Salesforce. Its AI agents learn from crawled websites and internal documents.

• Best for: teams already running Shopify or a CRM that want calls in the same place.
• Watch out: no free plan, and its AI pages we checked do not detail Arabic dialects or voice-note handling.

5. ManyChat: Instagram and TikTok growth on a small budget

ManyChat is built around rule-based automations: comment and story triggers, lead capture and funnels. It is the cheapest paid option here, starting at $17 a month.

• Best for: creators and brands growing an audience on Instagram and TikTok.
• Watch out: its AI Replies work on Instagram only and are in beta, and per its help centre its AI cannot interpret audio.

How do you choose the right one?

Write down the three questions customers ask most, then test each tool with a free plan or trial on exactly those questions.

• If customers ask prices, stock and want to order in the chat, choose a tool whose AI answers from your catalogue and confirms orders.
• If many customers send voice notes or write in Arabic dialects, test those first; most tools do not list dialect choice.
• If your main job is sending campaigns, a marketing-first tool fits better than an AI employee.
• Count the full cost: plan, users, AI credits, and Meta's own WhatsApp fees.

What will WhatsApp itself cost on top of the tool?

On the official WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta bills separately from any of these tools. From 1 October 2026, Meta gives each business phone number 1,000 free delivered service messages a month and charges per message after that; template messages (order updates, follow-ups) are charged by Meta's rates for your country.
