Yusr (yusr-ai.com) is an AI employee for customer chats. It answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, Viber, SMS and email from your own prices, products and documents. It takes orders and bookings, saves every customer as a scored lead, and hands hard conversations to a person with a summary.

The difference in one line: ManyChat mostly runs flows you design, step by step. Yusr reads each message and answers it from what you taught it, within rules you set.

Where is ManyChat stronger?

ManyChat is a strong choice when your goal is to turn social engagement into leads at a low price. Its own help center shows clear advantages.

• Lower entry prices: $17 a month for Essential and $39 for Pro, with yearly options at $14 and $29.
• Comment, story-reply and follow triggers on every plan, including Free, plus unlimited automations from Essential up.
• TikTok as a channel, which Yusr does not connect.
• Growth tools such as follower checks, tags and Google Sheets sync for leads.
• Billing by Active Contacts, so a customer who writes on many days in one month still counts once.

Where is Yusr stronger?

Yusr is the better fit when customers ask open questions and expect a real answer, not a menu of buttons.

How do the costs really compare?

The two tools count usage differently, so compare with your own numbers. ManyChat counts Active Contacts: anyone who interacts in a billing month, once. Pro includes 2,500, then $0.05 per extra contact on monthly billing. Yusr counts conversations: one customer over 24 hours. Starter includes 500, Basic 3,000, and extra conversations cost $0.06 or $0.045 each.

So a customer who writes on four separate days is one ManyChat Active Contact but four Yusr conversations. On the other hand, ManyChat's AI Replies need a paid plan with Manychat AI, and its WhatsApp, SMS and email channels start at Pro.

If you use WhatsApp's official platform, Meta bills separately from either tool. Meta charges for template messages, and since October 1, 2026 it also charges for service replies beyond the first 1,000 free each month per business number.
